A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF MILTONVALE, KANSAS, FROM THE PROVISION OF K.S.A. 1982 SUPP. 75-1122 SO AS TO EXEMPT SAID CITY FROM THE REQUIREMENT OF HAVING AN ANNUAL AUDIT.

Section 1. That the City of Miltonvale, Kansas, a city of the third class, who and by virtue of the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby exempt itself from the provision of K.S.A. 1982 Supp. 75-1122 and make said statutes inapplicable to the City of Miltonvale, Kansas, thus exempting said city from the requirement of having an annual audit.
