The City Council of the City of Miltonvale, Kansas, has determined that Charter Ordinance No. 10 is no longer necessary, and thus the appropriate quorum requirement for the City of Miltonvale to conduct business is the standard requirement of a majority of the council elect. Therefore, Charter Ordinance No. 10 shall be repealed.
